zazen Alkaline Water System and Shell Parts

We offer a 10-year warranty on the zazen Alkaline Water System (tap, tanks, lid, stand, etc) guaranteeing it to be free from defects from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid provided:

• The product is installed and maintained as directed,
• The product is not modified, and
• Consumable parts are replaced and installed within the recommended timeframes and guidelines.

Proof of purchase will be required if the product was not purchased directly from zazen Water Australia. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

zazen Shower Filters and Adapters

We offer a 2-year warranty on all zazen Shower Filters and adapters, ensuring they are free from defects from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid provided:

• The product is properly installed and maintained as directed,
• The product is not modified, and
• Consumable parts are replaced and installed within the recommended timeframes and guidelines.

Our Shower Filters and Adapters are designed for compatibility with the Australian and New Zealand standard fitting of a 15mm male spigot. The warranty does not cover use with non-standard or international fittings.

Proof of purchase will be required if the product was not purchased directly from zazen Water Australia. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

zazen System and Shower Filter Replacement Parts

We offer a 2-year warranty on all consumable parts from the date of purchase, provided they remain unused and have been stored in a cool, dry place (keep parts away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity).

• Use Within 24 Months: Install consumable parts within two years of purchase for best performance.
• Follow Installation Instructions: Ensure parts are installed as per the provided guidelines to maintain optimal functionality.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. Once the part is installed and in use, the warranty aligns with the recommended replacement timeframe specified for the part.

Additional Warranty Conditions

Warranty Coverage
This warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Any subsequent owner or user of the product is not entitled to warranty coverage, regardless of how the product was obtained.

Gifts and Warranty Coverage
If the product is purchased as a gift, the warranty remains valid for the recipient, provided the original proof of purchase is retained and the product is registered with zazen Water within 60 days of purchase. The recipient of the gift will be treated as the original user for warranty purposes. This exception does not apply to resold, second-hand, or marketplace purchases.
