Updating your email address, merging accounts, or changing your account name

If your preferred email address has changed, or if you have used multiple email addresses when placing orders and would like all your orders to appear under a single account, please contact our friendly Customer Care team. Updating your phone number or shipping address

You can update your phone number and shipping address when placing a new order at checkout. Simply enter your updated details and, if applicable, select the default option for the new shipping address to be available on all future orders. Your phone number will also be updated for future communications associated with your account.
