My water is filtering slowly from the top tank, what do I need to do?Updated 12 days ago

Enjoy this easy to follow video to understand how to clean your zazen Ceramic Pre-Filter. This generally means that the Ceramic Pre-Filter in the top tank has become coated with the organic matter, rust, sediments, etc it is filtering from your source water.  

Depending on your water source, you may need to clean the Ceramic Pre-Filter regularly. (This can vary between weekly and monthly, depending on your location.)

You will know it’s time to clean your Ceramic Pre-Filter when your system slows down, and water just sits in the top tank, as it cannot flow through the Ceramic Pre-Filter.
