My water is filtering slowly from the top tank, what do I need to do?Updated 2 months ago

This generally means that the Ceramic Pre-Filter in the top tank has become coated with the organic matter, rust, sediments, etc it is filtering from your source water.  

Depending on your water source, you may need to clean the Ceramic Pre-Filter regularly. (This can vary between weekly and monthly, depending on your location.)

To clean it, use a clean, wet cloth and gently wipe the ceramic. You can also use white vinegar to help whiten the ceramic. NEVER use detergents or other cleaners.

You will know it’s time to clean your Ceramic Pre-Filter when your system slows down, and water just sits in the top tank, as it cannot flow through the Ceramic Pre-Filter.
