Everything You Need to Know About Our Replacement Pack Name Updates

We’ve updated the names of two of our most popular packs:

  • The zazen Annual Replacement Pack is now the zazen Annual Refresh Pack.
  • The zazen Annual Replacement Pack + Mineral Stones is now the zazen Complete Restore Pack.

Here’s everything you need to know:

What’s Changed? 

Only the names! The contents, quality, and purpose of both packs remain the same.

What’s Included in Each Pack?

zazen Annual Refresh Pack

The Annual Refresh Pack is designed to maintain your zazen Alkaline Water System for 12 months, ensuring it continues to deliver refreshing, great-tasting water.

Contents:

  • 2 x zazen Multi-Stage Filter (replace every 6 months)
  • 1 x zazen Ceramic Pre-Filter (replace every 12 months)
  • 1 x 500g box of zazen Anti-Bacterial Stones (reddish-brown colour) (replace every 12 months)
  • 1 x 100g box of zazen Alkalinity Enhancers (replace every 12 months) 

zazen Complete Restore Pack

The Complete Restore Pack provides all the components in the Annual Refresh Pack plus 5 Year Mineral Stones, making it ideal for a comprehensive system refresh.

Contents:

  • 2 x zazen Multi-Stage Filter (replace every 6 months)
  • 1 x zazen Ceramic Pre-Filter (replace every 12 months)
  • 1 x 500g box of zazen Anti-Bacterial Stones (reddish-brown colour) (replace every 12 months)
  • 1 x 100g box of zazen Alkalinity Enhancers (replace every 12 months)
  • 1 x 1kg box of zazen Mineral Stones (blue/grey colour) (replace every 5 years)

Key Differences Between the Packs

  • Annual Refresh Pack: Designed for yearly maintenance, it includes replacement parts for 12 months, such as Anti-Bacterial Stones (red brown in colour) for purification.
  • Complete Restore Pack: Includes everything in the Annual Refresh Pack plus Mineral Stones (grey in colour), which provide long-term mineral enrichment and only need to be replaced every 5 years.

We wanted the names to better reflect each pack's purpose:

  • Annual Refresh Pack: Focuses on refreshing your system for another year of optimal performance.
  • Complete Restore Pack: Highlights its role in fully revitalising your system, including the 5-year Mineral Stones for long-term care.
     

Will I Still See the Old Names?

During this transition, you might come across the old names in older materials or on previous orders. Rest assured, they are the same trusted products with refreshed names.
