What is Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments lets eligible Australian customers split the cost of their zazen purchase into smaller payments.

Eligible purchases are paid in 4 interest-free instalments every 2 weeks.

Shop Pay Installments is provided through Affirm.

How does Shop Pay Installments work?

At checkout, select Shop Pay Installments if it is available for your order.

You'll complete an eligibility check with Affirm. If you're approved, your purchase will be split into 4 interest-free payments, with payments made every 2 weeks.

Your payment schedule will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Am I eligible?

To use Shop Pay Installments in Australia, you generally need to:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Have a Shop Pay account.
• Have an Australian billing address.
• Use an eligible debit card.
• Have an order between $50 and $2,000 AUD, including shipping and taxes.
• Be approved by Affirm.

Eligibility is determined by Affirm and approval is not guaranteed.

Why can't I see Shop Pay Installments at checkout?

Shop Pay Installments may not be available if your order or account doesn't meet the eligibility requirements.

For example, it may not be available if:

• Your order is less than $50.
• Your order is more than $2,000.
• You're using an ineligible payment method.
• Your order is a B2B purchase.
• Your order is a subscription.
• You don't meet the eligibility requirements set by Affirm.

If Shop Pay Installments isn't shown at checkout, another payment method will need to be used.

How much will I pay?

For an eligible Australian purchase, your order will be split into 4 interest-free payments.

For example, a $800 eligible purchase would generally be paid as:

$200 today + $200 in 2 weeks + $200 in 4 weeks + $200 in 6 weeks.

Your actual payment schedule will be confirmed at checkout.

Is there interest?

Eligible Australian Shop Pay Installments purchases are interest-free.

You should review the affirm Terms and payment schedule provided by Affirm before completing your purchase.

Can I use a credit card?

No. Australian Shop Pay Installments purchases require an eligible debit card.

What happens if I'm not approved?

Affirm makes the approval decision for each purchase.

If your application isn't approved, you can use another available payment method to complete your purchase.

zazen cannot approve or change a Shop Pay Installments decision.
